THE BEST SERVICE IN THE WORLD BY MARIO!!!! I recently purchased an Audi A5, the minute I got in touch with Mario the sales agent, the whole customer experience and customer service was absolutely exceptional. Mario from day one answered my millions of questions and made my experience with audi the best. Mario got me a great price on the car and took care of me. We went in on a Sunday and test drove a number of cars with the help of Mario we even drove the same car a few times and nothing was an issue or hassle for Mario . He was friendly relaxed and not pushy and he was there on his own and had a number of customers. The team were helpful , friendly and professional and arranged everything in a very timely manner. He was able to answer any questions I had along the way and fought to get my car delivered earlier than anticipated, deposits returned from other dealerships and a great price on the car and my trade in.
